250 gms Finely Chopped Mutton Keema ( मटन कीमा ).
1 Big Size Finely Chopped Onion ( प्याज ).
8-10 Cloves ( लौंग ).
2 Sticks of Cinnamon ( दालचीनी ).
6 Cardemom Ports ( इलायची ).
10 gms of Cashew Nuts ( काजू ).
40 gms Curd ( दही ).
5-6 Finely Chopped Green Chillies ( हरी मिर्च ).
Kasuri Methi or Dried Fenugreek Leaves ( कसूरी मेथी ).
1 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste ( लहसुन और अदरक का पेस्ट ).
Salt to taste ( नमक ).
1/2 tsp Garam Masala ( गरम मसाला ).
1/2 tsp Mutton Masala ( मटन मसाला ).
1 tsp Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
