200 gms Chicken ( चिकन ).
1 large size Capsicum ( शिमला मिर्च ).
2 Big Tomatoes ( टमाटर ).
1 Big Onion ( प्याज ).
Some Fennel Seeds ( सौंफ़ ).
1/2 Tsp Dried Coriander Seeds ( धनिया के बीज ).
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds ( सरसों के बीज ).
Pinch of Cumin Seeds ( जीरा ).
Pinch of Ajinomoto ( अजीनोमोटो ).
Salt To Taste ( नमक ).
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala ( गरम मसाला ).
Some Dried Fenugreek Leaves ( कसूरी मेथी ).
1/2 Tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder ( जीरा पाउडर ).
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ).
1 Tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste ( लहसुन और अदरक का पेस्ट ).
3 Tsp Pure Ghee ( शुद्ध घी ).
1/2 Tsp Sugar ( चीनी ).
2 Tsp Poppy Seeds ( खसखस ).
2 Tsp Watermelon Seeds ( तरबूज के बीज ).
5-6 Cardamoms ( इलायची ).
6-7 Cloves ( लौंग ).
2 Small Sticks of Cinnamons ( दालचीनी ).
little Adible Colour ( रंग ).
Some Coriander Leaves ( धनिया पत्तियां ).
1/4 Tsp Shah Zira ( शाह ज़ीरा ).
STEP 1.
First a fall make the Puree from Poppy seeds and Magajtari, adding little Water to make the Smooth Puree from it, now the paste is ready.

STEP 2.
Heat 2 tsp Ghee, when Ghee get heated add Chicken in it and Stir Fry the chicken for some time.

Fry the Onion, Capsicum and Tomatoes, shortey it for just 1-2 mins.

STEP 3.
Again add 1 tsp of ghee in Kadai, now in this add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamons in short add all dry spices.

Now add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp dried coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, Garlic and Ginger paste, roast your masala for just 1 1/2 min.

STEP 4.
Now add poppy seeds and Magajtari paste in it, roast the entire paste until it become light golden brown, roast it for around 10-12 mins at medium low heat, stir paste every now and then so it don’t stuck to the bottom.

STEP 5.
Now add 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala, pinch of ajinomoto, 1/2 tsp sugar and some adible colour.

STEP 6.
Now add chicken, salt to taste, dried fenugreek leaves in it, after 5-6 mins our Kadai chicken will be ready, after 5-6 mins add Vegetables in it.
