3 Boiled Eggs divided into 1/4 ( उबले अंडे ).
200 gms of Rice ( चावल ).
1/2 or 1 tsp Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ).
2-3 Small Sticks of Cinnamon ( दालचीनी ).
1/4 tsp of Shah Zira ( शाह ज़ीरा ).
5-6 Cloves ( लौंग ).
2-3 Cardamom Ports ( इलायची ).
Fresh Coriander Leaves ( धनिया पत्तियां ).
12-15 Raisins ( किशमिश ).
20 Cashew Nuts ( काजू ).
2-3 tsp Ghee ( घी ).
Salt to taste ( नमक ).
STEP 1.
First a fall heat Water and add 200 gms of Rice in it and add very little Salt to the rice, now the rice is ready so Drain extra water from it.

In a Kadhai heat Ghee, now ghee is little hot so add Cinnamon Sticks, Pinch of Shah Zira, 4-5 Cloves, 2-3 Cardamoms, Cashew Nuts and Raisins in it and cook it on very low heat.

STEP 3.
When it become Golden Brown then add Turmeric Powder, Red chili Powder and Eggs in it, now add rice in it and cook this for 1 1/2 min, stir it very gentally so everything can be nice and egg don’t get Break.
