5 Eggs ( अंडे ).
200 gms of Sugar ( चीनी ).
50 gms Ghee ( घी ).
50 gms Dalda ( डालडा ).
200 gms Milk Made ( मिल्क मेड ).
1 tsp Cardemom Powder ( इलाइची पाउडर ).
200 ml Milk ( दूध ).
little bit of Adible colour ( रंग ).
10-12 Cashew Nuts ( काजू ).
8-12 Almonds ( बादाम ).
Some Pistachious ( पिस्ता ).
STEP 1.
First a fall make Powder from Sugar, add Cardemom powder in it, pour Egg in it and beat the egg with the Sugar in it.

Now add Ghee, Dalda, Milk Made around 200 gms, after beating it a little he is adding colour in it, beat egg, sugar and other ingredients for just 20-30 seconds.

STEP 3.
Pour all the mixture into the Kadhai, add Milk in it, keep it at very low heat otherwise egg will be saparated and it will destroyed, stir it continiously.

STEP 4.
Cook this mixture for just 4-5 mins at very low heat, now it has started becoming very thick so add Dry Fruits in it, cook it for 2-3 mins when ghee started separating from it.
