300 gms of Chicen with Bones ( चिकन हड्डियों के साथ ).
1/2 Bittle Egg ( अंडा ).
2 tsp of Curd ( दही ).
1/4 tsp of Ajinomoto ( अजीनोमोटो ).
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
1/4 tsp of Garam Masala ( गरम मसाला ).
1/4 tsp of Chicken Masala ( चिकन मसाला ).
Salt to taste ( नमक ).
Some drops of Red Colour ( लाल रंग ).
1 tsp Corn Flour ( मकई का आटा ).
1 tsp Maida or All Purpose Flour ( मैदा ).
Some drops of Dark Soya Sauce ( डार्क सोया सॉस ).
1/2 tsp of Green Chili Sauce ( ग्रीन चिली सॉस ).
1/4 tsp of Tomato Ketchup ( टमाटर केचप ).
1/4 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste ( लहसुन और अदरक का पेस्ट ).
5 Green Chillies divided 1/2 Length wise ( हरी मिर्च ).
4-5 Curry Leaves ( करी पत्ते ).
Coriander Leaves ( हरी धनिया ).
Oil ( तेल ).
STEP 1.
First a fall heat Oil, meanwhile make chicken pakora, in a Bowl add bittle egg, 1/4 tsp of Ajinomoto, 1/2 tsp of Red Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/4 tsp of Chicken Masala, Salt to taste, 1 tsp of Corn flour, 1 tsp of Maida.

Now add some drops of Dark Soya Sauce, 1/2 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste, 1/2 tsp of Tomato Ketchup, 1/4 tsp of Green Chili Sauce and some drops of red colour in it and mix all the things very well to make nice better from it.

STEP 2.
Now add Chicken in it and leave it for 10 mins, now Oil get little hot so fry Chicken in it for 10-12 mins at a medium low heat, After 10-12 mins it is crispy and Golden Brown so take it out.

STEP 3.
In a Kadhai add around 1-2 tsp of Oil, when it get’s heated then add some Green Chillies, some Curry Leaves, 1-2 tsp Yogurt, very little Colour and Chicken in it and cook this for 1-2 mins.

STEP 4.
Now Chicken Pakora’s are ready so turn the heat off and Garnish it with Coriander Leaves and Green Chillies in itself.
